We have been hunkering down here since it was so chilly yesterday–okay, it was 26 degrees–but I am pretty wimpy after living in Kansas for almost 8 years.
I made this maple banana bread yesterday.I’m not 100% sold. I was trying to find something sweet but also healthy for a post-lunch snack as my sweet tooth has kicked into high gear in the last 15 weeks, but I’m not sure that this is going to cut it. The bread has a strange aftertaste. Admittedly, I used skim milk rather than non-dairy, so the fault is likely on my end as Dreena’s recipes have never disappointed before.
Moving on, Lula and I went to Target yesterday and I found a few maternity tops!
